Bacon, fried egg, broccoli and mashed potato tonight. I bought the bacon when we visited Chatsworth in Derbyshire yesterday. It was delicious; a mild cure only slightly sweet from The Cheshire Smokehouse, Chatsworth cure. The smokehouse has a website, but no mail order. The Chatsworth website says mail order will be available in April. I hope so. The bacon is really good.
